This is the best 3euros I have ever spend. This app is very useful for travel, full of advises and tips. I highly recommend it for backpackers and travelers.

Installing this takes some time but it is worth it. Offline browsing, up to date information, tips that seem given by locals, easy to use, it covers pratically all major tourist destinations and more. Evaluated it checking my hometown on it, Rio de Janeiro, and other destinations Ive been to, such as Buenos Aires, Frankfurt, Miami and Beijing. Just get it.

I downloaded and checked some obscure places and found better detail than many guidebooks! It would be great for someone on a flight, to plan taxies and getting around the airport as well as getting around in a strange city. I have a trip to Tokyo, Hong Kong & Manila coming up. If you have an iPod Touch it is ideal as everything is loaded. Wifi connections are unnecessary. I hope they will be able to maintain such a massive repository of local lore.

Could use more images. Otherwise, its a great app with tons of info and an excellent resource.

A great idea; I love having all of Wikitravel at my fingertips. Since its offline, you can even use it in places you dont have data or even a phone signal at all. WELL worth the modest price tag. Design of the app could be better, but its hardly unusable.

Extremely useful when you cant connect to the net to find information. Almost all cities, even the small towns have good info on them.

Some bad moments

Updated to new version but will not go past the splash screen. Just quits.

 it took two days of app reloading over wi-fi! Same for the update. Almost wanted to delete it, but you cant unless the app finished loading.  there is lots of info for the patient and persistent.

Good overall information that can be found by using google. The app claims to do more than it does and is not worth the time spent downloading or the 2 bucks it costs.

After try update, aplication non ipdated and stoped. Cant more using.....

A lot of this info seems a copy from Wikitravel. Furthermore, maps are quite useless .... not country specific but instead a single map of the continent - ask for Kenya and you get a static map of Africa; ask for Brazil and you get South America! And these maps are external link to wikitravel. Disappointing.

This update crashed my iPhone and my iPad twice! I removed it and will NOT reinstall! I had to reboot my devices and I had to find and download the other apps that were being updated because they were corrupted in the process of updating!
